"Mercy One" ready to serve
It is not a trailer with a kitchen in it—it is a kitchen with wheels under it. The 32’ fifth wheel trailer build to exact specifications was constructed by Custom Concessions in Petersburg Virginia by JT Williams. The trailer is fully self contained with an onboard diesel generator, water purification and storage, propane supply tanks and all the requirements of a professional kitchen.
