The faithful gifts of a few made this $80,000 state of the art mobile kitchen a reality.

Over a year in design and construction Mercy One is a 32’ serf contained full service kitchen on wheels capable of up to 7000 high quality professionally prepared meals per day.

As Amazing Grace was sung by Mercy Chef Walt Taylor, Dr. M. G. Pat Robertson prayed the dedication of faith for the 1,000,000 meal a month vision and the call that was cast in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina on founder Gary LeBlanc.
