It is not a trailer with a kitchen in it—it is a kitchen with wheels under it. The 32’ fifth wheel trailer build to exact specifications was constructed by Custom Concessions in Petersburg Virginia by JT Williams.

The trailer is fully self contained with an onboard diesel generator, water purification and storage, propane supply tanks and all the requirements of a professional kitchen.

The equipment includes double stacked bakers depth convection ovens, a six burner range with oven and a 30 gallon tilt skillet, refrigerators and freezers, commercial exhaust hood, AC, and a full size 3 bay wash sink.

Meal capacity was designed for 4,000 meals a day, but may be adjusted up to 7,000 as needed. Resupply is handled by the tow vehicle and it can operate almost indefinitely in any remote or disaster situation.
