Working with local churches and relief agencies, Mercy Chefs will be involved in weekend disaster Spring Training programs in Florida this March and April.

Based on meetings we participated in last November with several Florida Calvary Chapels, Mercy Chefs will provide food service for attendees and instruction in sanitation, food safety and menu planning.

In addition, we will be nurturing valuable associations and contacts with some of the nations most professional and experience disaster relief providers in the country.
